Pain Medication Education and Resources

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation Paralysis Resource Center (PRC) is hosting a three-part webinar series on pain medication education and resources. The first webinar in this series will provide an introduction to a fundamental baseline of pain medications. It will discuss the types of pain caused by living with paralysis and the corresponding medications that may be taken. Finally, this webinar will cover potential resources for staying updated about pain medications. The presenter for this session is Jay Gupta, Director of Pharmacy and Integrative Health at Harbor Homes in Nashua, NH, as well as an MTM consultant and Yoga Therapist.

Future sessions in this series will cover opioids, opioid addiction, and opioid tapering options.
