Join Education Development Center (EDC) for their National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) Autumn Summit 2024, Strategies for Implementing Comprehensive Dementia Care: Resources for CMS GUIDE Participants and Other Dementia Care Providers. This virtual event is free due to the support of Summit Funder The John A. Hartford Foundation. During the Summit, you will learn about resources for GUIDE participants, explore key elements of comprehensive dementia care and related resources beyond GUIDE, hear from national experts, and be able to ask experts questions during break-out sessions.
