Long-Term Services and Supports Coordinator: A Promising Practice to Advance Independent Living Philosophy and Recovery Principles within Integrated Care

Event Description: 

This webinar, hosted by the Community Living Policy Center at the Lurie Institute of Disability Policy at Brandeis University, will explore the Long-Term Services and Supports Coordinator. The webinar will discuss how Massachusett's OneCare Program created and utilized the LTSS Coordinator. Participants will learn the roles that the LTSS Cooridnator plays.
