Forming Strategic Partnerships Between Housing, Medicaid HCBS Payers, and Community-Based Services

This webinar will provide best practices in developing partnerships between housing, Medicaid HCBS payers, and community-based services to ensure that Medicaid HCBS beneficiaries are able to transition to affordable and accessible housing within their communities. The webinar will cover the use of COVID related funding for rental assistance and pre/post housing related services and supports.
