Beyond the Pandemic: How Technology Influences and Ensures an Integrated Life in the Community

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is hosting this webinar training on how technology can support reintegration with in-person services and allow individuals to re-engage with their communities. This training will include information on incorporating technology into HCBS waivers. The presentation will explore the concept of technology first vs. technology only with presentations from two states using a technology first approach. It will also address use of technology to decrease social isolation, rate methodology and payment considerations for technology supports, and how to effectively plan for and implement increasing uses of technology.
