Alzheimer's & Dementia: Resources You Can Use

The Administration for Community Living (ACL), the National Institute on Aging (NIA), and the National Institute on Health (NIH) are partnering to sponsor the 4th annual webinar series on Dementia Resources & Research. Their goals are to inform the Aging, Public Health, and Dementia Research networks about federal resources to help people with dementia and their family caregivers, improve coordination of the federal resources available to them, and to encourage awareness of dementia research participation opportunities. The webinar series is free and is now open for registration. There are free continuing education credits (CEUs) available for the series. The first webinar of the series is on Wednesday, September 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET. The presenters will be Ruth Drew, MS, Director of Family and Information Services, Alzheimer’s Association; Jennifer Watson, MA, Senior Public Affairs Specialist, NIA; and Amy Wiatr-Rodriguez, MSW, Aging Services Program Specialist, ACL.
