Advance Care Planning Education, Empowerment and Advocacy

The American Society on Aging (ASA) is hosting an interactive webinar to facilitate conversations about advance care planning between patients, families, and healthcare providers. It will address communication barriers and provide participants with valuable tools to support and empower patients and their families. Topics covered include identifying key end-of-life issues, initiating conversations about advance care directives, and exploring tools and apps available for assistance.
