2015 Healthy Aging Summit

Event Description: 

Join more than 500 policymakers, researchers, clinicians, educators, and public health practitioners to learn how the social determinants of health impact healthy aging in the United States. This state-of-the-science meeting focuses on prevention to help Americans stay healthier longer and improve quality of life in later years. Summit Highlights:
