The National Center on Advancing Person-Centered Practices (NCAPPS) and Meals on Wheels America are co-sponsoring a webinar focusing on national and local perspectives on Person-Centered Supports in Older Adult Nutrition Programs and Service Delivery. Attendees will hear from panelists from the Meals on Wheels national network as they discuss ways their organization designs and adapts its services to better suit older adults. They will also share promising practices to better support older adults’ ability to live with independence and dignity in their communities of choice.
