This webinar is the final installment of a series from CMS’ Improving Behavioral Health Follow-up Care Learning Collaborative. This webinar will explore how state agencies can use data to improve the access to and quality of behavioral health follow-up care. Presenters from state agencies in Tennessee and Pennsylvania will discuss their use of data in this area and share challenges and lessons learned during their implementation processes.
