CMS is hosting a webinar to share capacity building strategies and recommendations states discussed during the intensive on Quality Jobs Equal Quality Care: Building Capacity in the Direct Care Workforce that was held at ADvancing States’ HCBS Conference in December 2020. This webinar will include:
- An overview of the challenges within the direct service workforce regarding care coordination, person-centered care, and professional development;
- Promising practices from state Medicaid agencies;
- Interactive polls and discussions; and
- Information about upcoming learning collaborative and other future DSW learning opportunities for state Medicaid agencies.
This webinar will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
