Event Description:
The ASTHOConnects Series on Brain Health is designed to inform state and territorial health officials and their staff about the critical role of public health in supporting aging adults. The series focuses on the Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI) State and Local Public Health Partnerships to Address Dementia, The 2018 -2023 Road Map. During this webinar, The CDC’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Healthy Aging Program will present data from the BRFSS Optional Modules on subjective cognitive decline and caregiving. Featured states will also share their experience using the HBI Road Map to implement brain health and Alzheimer’s disease programs.
