This webinar will provide an overview of the new National Center on Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS) and will provide details of the process for States, Tribes, and Territories to apply for the first round of technical assistance. States can access the application for technical assistance online. This form must be completed and submitted by February 12, 2019.
