Innovations In Member Engagement In Rural Areas

Dually eligible beneficiaries living in rural areas face challenges such as distance and transportation barriers, a shortage of primary care providers, and limited access to specialty care. Health plans may need to use use creative strategies to engage these beneficiaries.
