Comparing the Quality of Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Plans: New Measures of Person-Centered Assessment and Care Planning
CMS recently developed four new MLTSS quality measures. These assessment and care planning measures were adopted by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for inclusion in the HEDIS measure set in 2019. During this webinar, measure developers from Mathematica Policy Research (MPR) and NCQA will describe the measures, discuss data collection and validation approaches, and address common challenges and techniques for overcoming them.
