Webinar: Innovative Approaches to Measuring the Quality of Care for Complex Older Adults

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is presenting a webinar on the innovative approaches being considered as part of the movement toward patient-reported outcomes. There is increasing recognition of the need for quality measures that address what is important and valuable to care recipients as the movement toward patient-centered care has continued to grow. This webinar will identify approaches to measuring the quality of care for complex older adults; discuss standardized approaches to assessing whether goals are achieved; and discuss how to locate resource materials to support implementation of best practices.
