Development of HCBS Quality Measures

Event Description: 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE), and Mathematica Policy Research are hosting a webinar on their development of quality measures for Medicaid fee-for-service beneficiaries using home and community-based services (HCBS). The webinar will include topics about refining the measure definitions to more directly reflect the HCBS care experience, developing risk-adjustment models to produce more equitable state-level or program-level comparison, establishing approaches for addressing small sample sizes, and identifying strategies for benchmarking and displaying results. This webinar is funded through the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Demonstration evaluation.
