Join Commit to Connect for a webinar on scoial connection and housing among older adults and people with disabilites. During the webinar the American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC) will discuss the role housing plays in supporting social connections and how organizations can partner with housing communities to promote social engagement. Front Porch and Our Stomping Ground will discuss best practices to promote connection and inclusivity for all populations through housing. After the webinar Commmit to Connect will host a 30-minute virtual Office Hours session to allow for an open discussion among webinar speakers and participants.
