Community-based Dementia Programs: Learning from Challenges and Sustaining Successes

This webinar will discuss the types of services and trainings provided by community-based dementia programs, as well as identify methods for sustaining successful program activities. Attendees will hear from Heather Menne, PhD, from the NADRC, Phyllis Roate, MA, from the Illinois Department on Aging and Christy Nishita, PhD, from the University of Hawaiʻi Center on Aging as they share background information about these programs and touch on their personal experiences.
