On December 16, 2019, Senators Collins and Casey introduced a bill, S.3057, the Modernization of the Older Americans Act Amendments, to reauthorize the OAA for an additional seven years. After introduction, bill text was not immediately available but was released during the Holiday recess. On Friday, January 10, ADvancing States sent an email to State Aging and Disability Directors that included two key documents regarding this legislation.
