On Friday, September 27, ADvancing States submitted a letter to House leadership on the Older Americans Act (OAA) Reauthorization. The letter expresses general support for the reauthorization efforts while highlighting the membership's concern over Section 301 of the bill, which includes an expansion of the Maintenance of Effort requirements for the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
