Addressing Housing Issues Facing Older Adults Following A Natural Disaster
This training webcast will discuss common housing issues faced by homeowners and renters after experiencing a natural disaster. It will addressing how advocates and providers working with older adults can assist them pre-disaster to prevent future problems. Speaker Natalie N. Maxwell from the National Housing Law Project will explore the topic and provide post-disaster resources to older adults and advocates to address housing recovery needs.
