I&R Center Webinar: Promising Practices for MIPPA Outreach

The National I&R Center is hosting a webinar on Promising Practices for MIPPA Outreach. To learn about promising practices for providing outreach to low-income Medicare beneficiaries to increase enrollment in Medicare savings programs, ADvancing States gathered information about MIPPA outreach efforts through the 2015 national survey of aging and disability I&R/A agencies. This webinar will include an overview of MIPPA legislation and the Medicare savings programs, and highlights of the case studies used to identify promising practices for outreach to low-income Medicare beneficiaries. Presenters are Brandy Bauer, Communications Manager, Center for Benefits Access, National Council on Aging and Linda Nakagawa, Policy Analyst, ADvancing States. This webinar will take place on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, from 3:00-4:00p.m ET.
