Summary: 
This document sets forth the State of Michigan’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements for FY 2011-2013. The plan describes the mission and strategies of Michigan’s Office of Service to the Aging (OSA) to coordinate services for older adults. Amongst many of the goals in the Plan are enhancing individual control through person-centered services, establishing partnerships between stakeholders, and improving overall effectiveness and quality of the aging network.
