Summary: 
This document describes the State of Massachusetts’ plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the mission, objectives, and strategies of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Elder Affairs to coordinate services for older adults. Amongst many of the goals in the Plan for FY10-13 are to address potential homelessness in elder populations, promote consumer directed care, and increase advocacy through the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
