2018 Consumer Voice Conference

Event Description: 

Registration is now open for the 2018 Consumer Voice Conference. This year’s conference will be held October 22-24, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria in Alexandria, Virginia. The conference will feature federal policy experts discussing policy updates, long-term care consumers speaking about their experiences, the opportunity to share best practices with other advocates, and an environment to develop new skills that will support future advocacy work.

AUCD 2018 Conference - We ALL Belong Here! Achieving Inclusive Communities

AUCD has announced that their 2018 conference will be held on November 11-14 in Washington, DC and will focus on the theme of belonging and inclusion. The goal of this conference is to share strategies for integrating people with disabilities into every aspect of their communities and to promote equal opportunity in all areas, including education, housing, employment, healthcare, transportation, faith communities, and beyond.

National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) Annual Conference

Event Description: 

The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) is hosting their Annual Conference from June 18 – 21, 2018 in Baltimore, MD.  The conference will be attended by over 500 P&A professionals and will feature over 70 workshops to help attendees grow skills, build partnerships, and improve advocacy efforts.
