Opportunities to Transform Care for Rural Older Adults
The John A. Hartford Foundation will hold a briefing on how state and federal policymakers can use the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to create sustainable and age-friendly health care.
The briefing will explore the status of rural aging across the country, as well as how states and providers are planning to use RHTP funds to expand access to age-friendly care. The discussion will also include recommendations for how policymakers can enhance, expand, and monitor access to rural age-friendly care.
