Understanding New Medicaid Work Requirements Rules

Justice in Aging will hold a webinar providing an overview of the updates to federal rules and Medicaid eligibility introduced by H.R. 1.

With the passage of H.R. 1 in July 2025 and the issuance of an Interim Final Rule about Medicaid work requirements, major changes to Medicaid eligibility and enrollment are incoming over the following months. This webinar will explain who is subject to new requirements, who qualifies for exemptions, and emerging challenges in state implementation of these new requirements and guidance.
