Person-Centered Supports for People with Dementia Living in the Community

NCAPPS is hosting a webinar highlighting personal and professional experiences with dementia from a spectrum of panelists. This webinar will also discuss approaches to make supports for people with dementia more person-centered on the individual, community, and system level. Presenters will offer an overview of person-centered thinking, planning, and practice.
