Professionals often have questions about Medicare and there are resources available to answer these issues without having to call an expert for help. Presenters Mike Klug, Consultant, SHIP National Technical Assistance Resource Center and Senior Medicare Patrol Resource Center and Melissa Simpson, Program Manager, Center for Benefits Access, NCOA, will teach attendees about the tools and resources available to find answers about tricky Medicare questions.
