Currently, people with Alzheimer’s and other cognitive impairments and their caregivers access a wide range of health and social supports, including Chronic Disease Self -Management Programs (CDSMP), falls prevention, and other evidence-based programs.

This webinar will share the findings of a study of CDSMP trainers about their experiences with these persons in their courses and actions taken in response to study recommendations.
