Throughout her distinguished career in public service, Kathy has been a leading voice in aging policy. She previously served as the Assistant Secretary for Aging at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Administrator of the Administration for Community Living, where she helped advance programs and policies supporting older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers nationwide.

Her leadership has shaped the aging and disability networks at both the state and national levels, and her commitment to person-centered services and community-based supports continues to have a lasting impact across the field.
