Summary:
This document describes the State of Kansas’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the goals, objectives, and strategies of the Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) to coordinate services for older adults. KDOA lays out the aging demographics and describes the different programs extending services to meet the goals and vision of KDOA. Many of the programs implemented aim to expand home and community-based services, such as a PACE site.
