The Aging and Disability Business Institute at USAging has extended the deadline to complete the 2026 CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey to Thursday, April 30.
The survey collects data from aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs) such as Area Agencies on Aging, Centers for Independent Living, nutrition services providers, senior centers and other CBOs that are contracting with health care. The goal of the survey is to capture information on how aging and disability CBOs work with health care entities by collecting data on partnerships, contracts, services provided, financial impacts of partnerships, contracting challenges and more.
