USAging is now accepting applications for the John A. Hartford Foundation 2026 Business Innovation Award.
Each year, the award honors CBO—health care contracts and partnerships that enhance health outcomes and quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities and/or caregivers. Award winners are celebrated for initiatives that align health and community care and increase their organizations' sustainability. The award is sponsored by The John A. Hartford Foundation and presented by USAging’s Aging and Disability Business Institute and engAGED.
In 2026, USAging especially invites applicants to highlight innovations that promote social connection and/or address social isolation and/or loneliness and include one or more of the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Health Systems. AAAs, CBOs, and CBO networks may nominate themselves or be nominated by others.
The award application will close on Wednesday, May 13, at 5:00 p.m.
