This paper analyzes and answers the critical question: Does the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) apply to commercial and other private sector Web sites, and if so, what does it require. Much discussion of this question seems to be conducted without careful attention to the case law and other authorities that have already built-up around this question.

Osceola County Community Report Card - 2002 Edition

Finding Common Ground: Creating Inclusive Communities Teleconference & Report

Sponsored by the Community Living Exchange Collaborative at ILRU this teleconference featured Real Choice Systems Change grantees describing their efforts to create inclusive communities in West Virginia. Presenters described how they engaged diverse stakeholders in a process of visioning & group action planning with the services of a graphic facilitator. The teleconference took place on Tuesday 06/29/04.

Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance in the Minnesota Long-Term Care Industry: Status of Coverage and Policy Options

This report outlines options for providing employer-subsidized affordable health insurance to employees of programs and facilities that serve the elderly and disabled. In order to develop these options, the Department of Health conducted a survey of long-term care employers to identify the characteristics of employer-sponsored health insurance in this industry. The findings of this survey are also presented in this report.
