This report details the results of Flordia's Legarcy 2002 project. Legacy 2002 brings together 30 indicators of sustainability — longterm health and vitality, in all sectors — for Greater Orlando and Orange County. The report provides a summary of the results of this year’s report, presented as “Ten Key Findings.”

Presenters described how they engaged diverse stakeholders in a process of visioning & group action planning with the services of a graphic facilitator. The teleconference took place on Tuesday 06/29/04.

This report outlines options for providing employer-subsidized affordable health insurance to employees of programs and facilities that serve the elderly and disabled. In order to develop these options, the Department of Health conducted a survey of long-term care employers to identify the characteristics of employer-sponsored health insurance in this industry. The findings of this survey are also presented in this report.

Stone, Dr.P.H. during the annual NASHP conference in Philadelphia from August 4-6. The presentation looks at who the long term care workers are and implications for the field.

This document that provides useful advice on how to sustain change in grant-funded activities. Although it is written from the perspective of a foundation, the suggestions contained in this report parallel the concerns that many grantees have in their Real Choice Systems Change activities.
