This link brings you to the Administration on Aging website. There is information on Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) provided here. The ADRC Grant Program, a cooperative effort of the AoA & the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), was developed to assist states in their efforts to create a single, coordinated system of information and access for all persons seeking long term support to minimize confusion, enhance individual choice, and support informed decision-making.

These materials were developed by the Sutton Group and are focused on people over 50 and adults with disabilities. The two handouts provide information on effective ways to market to both of these groups. A link is also provided to the Sutton Group website.

The National Organization on Disability website offers resources for marketing to people with disabilities as well as to their friends, families, employers, and service providers. The website includes a list of comunications firms specializing in marketing to people with disabilities, strategies for reaching them, and guidelines for writing about them.

This matrix provides a list of information and assistance Web sites associated with single point of entry systems. The table contains the url for each state example.

This website hosts a library, offers information the original demonstrations, news & events.

This site is designed to provide up to date information, resources and training materials for use by supports coordinators/service coordinators and their supervisors who are in the field of Mental Retardation/developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania.

The National Empowerment Center site has excellent resources for consumers in recovery from a mental illness. Policy makers will find it useful to better inform their decisions. Site resources include publication, recovery stories, resources and links, a list of consumer-run state wide organizations.

Paper developed by SAMHSA/RWJ grantee for the evidence-based practices project. Paper is directed at consumers and discusses active community treatment. Assertive community treatment is for people who experience the most severe and persistent symptoms of mental illness.
