Division of Aging State Plan 2011-2014

This document describes the State of Indiana’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the goals and strategies of Indiana’s Division of Aging to coordinate services for older adults. Amongst some of the goals for FY11-14 is to promote wellness, promote use of the statewide Adult Protective Service hotline, pursue evidence-based programming, and balancing Medicaid long-term supports and services to expand home and community-based services.

Idaho Commission on Aging State Plan 2008-2012

This document describes the State of Idaho’s plan on aging in accordance to Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the mission, organization, and strategies of Idaho’s Commission on Aging (ICOA) to coordinate services for older adults that allow them to retain their autonomy. Amongst some of the goals for FY08-12 is increasing awareness and access to services, enabling seniors to remain in their homes as well as work in their communities through voluntary networks.

Hawaii State Plan on Aging 2011-2015

This document describes the State of Hawaii’s plan on aging in accordance to Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the mission, organization, and strategies of Hawaii’s Executive Office on Aging to coordinate long-term services and supports for older adults and people with disabilities. Amongst some of the goals for FY11-15 is increasing awareness and access to services, enabling seniors to remain in their homes, and develop Hawaii’s Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC).

Guam Four Year State Plan on Aging (2012-2015 )

This document describes Guam’s plan on aging in accordance to the Older Americans Act to develop a comprehensive system of care for its mostly rural and minority populace. The plan describes the mission, resources, and strategies of Guam’s State Office on Aging. Some services the plan calls for are supportive and protective services, caregiver services, nutrition services, and information services. The report gives a background on Guam’s population and the structure of its aging network.

State Plan on Aging Federal Fiscal Year 2011 through 2015

This document describes Georgia’s plan on aging in accordance to the Older Americans Act. The plan describes the mission, resources, and strategies of Georgia’s Division of Aging Services and how it plans to coordinate supportive services for its elderly to expand OAA programs. Georgia used public hearings to identify services most needed by older adults and outlines a plan that includes evidence-based programming, consumer-directed services, and services preventing abuse and neglect.

The Florida state plan aims to create the best quality of life for elders and provides strategic guidance to the aging network including performance measures.
