Older Americans Act State Plan on Aging, 2007-2010

This document sets forth the State of Minnesota’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements for FY2007-2010. The plan describes the mission and strategies of the Mississippi Division of Aging & Adult Services to coordinate services for older adults. The Plan contains information on aging demographics, the mission for the duration of the plan, and sets out goals to empower older adults to be more independent, promote wellness, and expand home and community-based services.

The Aging of Massachusetts: State Plan on Aging FY 2010-2013

Kansas State Plan on Aging: Federal Fiscal Years 2010-2013

This document describes the State of Kansas’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the goals, objectives, and strategies of the Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) to coordinate services for older adults. KDOA lays out the aging demographics and describes the different programs extending services to meet the goals and vision of KDOA. This document describes the State of Iowa’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the goals, objectives, and strategies of Iowa’s Department on Aging to coordinate services for older adults. Amongst some of the goals for FY10-13 is to protect elder rights, strengthen disaster preparedness, improve nutrition and health for older adults, and promote independent living through programs such as the Senior Community Service Employment Program.
