Presenters include Susan Reinhard, PhD, RN, FAAN, senior vice president and director of the AARP Public Policy Institute and chief strategist for the Center to Champion Nursing in America, and Lauran Hardin, MSN, RN, CNL, senior director of Cross-Continuum Transformation at the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs.
