Enhancing HIV Inclusion in Multi-Sector Plans on Aging

In honor of World AIDS Day, SAGE will hold a webinar titled "Enhancing HIV Inclusion in Multisector Plans on Aging." This session will focus on best practices for state leaders and advocates and explore strategies to strengthen inclusion for people living with HIV in aging-related plans. The webinar will also introduce SAGE's new HIV Multisector Plan tool, designed to support more inclusive and coordinated approaches to aging and HIV.
