Webinar on Age-Friendly Community Design

The American Society on Aging is hosting a webinar on "Age-Friendly Community Design: Collaboration to Improve Health Outcomes". This webinar will provide attendees with practical, evidence-based strategies to assess barriers, engage key stakeholders, and implement collaborative solutions in Age-Friendly Communities. Participants of the webinar will gain an understanding of core concepts such as social determinants of health, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy considerations, and technology integration to improve health outcomes for older adults. This webinar includes one complimentary Continuing Education (CE) credit.
