OVW Fiscal Year 2025 Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program

The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) released the Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Fiscal Year 2025 Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program (Abuse in Later Life Program). This program supports an approach to addressing abuse in later life, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, neglect, abandonment, economic abuse, or willful harm committed against victims who are 50 years of age or older. 

Eligible Applicants:

  • States;
  • Units of local government;
  • Tribal governments or Tribal organizations;
  • Population specific organizations;
  • Victim service providers;
  • State, Tribal, or territorial domestic violence or sexual assault coalitions 

Important Dates and Information: 

  • Deadline to submit SF-424 and SF-LLL in Grants.gov: 11:59 p.m. ET on July 8, 2025.
  • Deadline to submit full application in JustGrants: 8:59 p.m. ET on July 10, 2025.
