LTQA and AARP held a webinar that delved into how the data insights and promising practices in AARP’s recently released 2023 LTSS State Scorecard can drive strategic action to improve long-term services and supports (LTSS). With a focus on quality measurement in both HCBS and nursing home settings, this webinar explored the 20 new indicators included in this year’s scorecard and new ways of analyzing and displaying data to provide a more comprehensive picture of state performance. Presenters also discussed incorporating equity in LTSS performance using data broken down by race and ethnicity.
