Summary
The Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (ODMR/DD), a 2003 Real Choice Systems Change QA/QI in HCBS grantee, has begun to develop with initial stakeholder input, a Quality Framework to guide what data is collected.
