Medicaid Matters Website

This website was developed through a joint effort by a number of community agency and provider groups as a resource for people working to protect Medicaid. The site offers ready-to-use toolkit of messages, materials and dissemination ideas. There are resources on Federal updates and action steps, ideas on ways to reach the media, background, tips and links and real stories from the 50 million Americans that Medicaid Matters to most.

Creating a Comprehensive National Long-Term Care Policy

This report is from a designated mini-conference event by the 2005 White House Conference on Aging (WHCoA). Its purpose was to provide the full WHCoA Policy Committee with recommendations specific to long-term care that could be considered for incorporation into its final policy recommendations to the President and Congress. The report contains final recommendations in three areas: Economic Security & Long-Term Care Financing, Health and Independence and Supportive Services.

Family Support 360 Website

This web site is a resource center for Family Support 360 grantees and other organizations serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This initiative from The Administration for Children & Families and Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) has provided planning and implementation grants to local service providers nationwide to create one-stop centers. The Elimination of Barriers Initiative Website

This is the official website for the Elimination of Barriers Initiative (EBI)-an eight State demonstration project designed to support and evaluate efforts to address the stigma and discrimination associated with mental illnesses. The EBI uses public education, contact, and reward methods to achieve this goal. The website also features public service announcements, brochures, toolkits, resources for addressing stigma in school and workplace settings and information in Spanish.

United We Ride: Coordinating Human Services Transportation

United We Ride is an interagency Federal national initiative that supports States and their localities in developing coordinated human service delivery systems. In addition to State coordination grants, United We Ride provides State and local agencies a transportation-coordination and planning self-assessment tool, help along the way, technical assistance, and other resources to help their communities succeed

The West Virginia Inclusion Campaign Materials
