Annual Disability Statistics Collection: University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability

On February 7, 2023 the University of New Hampshire released key findings from the Annual Disability Statistics Collection. The annual report looks at national data for gaps related to people with disabilities across the states. The full compendium of data as well as supplementary data and state reports are available online, and the University of New Hampshire will be holding a virtual release for the compendium which will be recorded.

Compendium of Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services Waiver Waiting List Administration

This compendium includes select information on waiver capacity and waiting list management. The compendium highlights over 200 approved Section 1915(c) and Section 1115 waivers across all 50 states and DC. As an accompaniment to this compendium, MACPAC has also released an issue brief. This issue brief includes a description of the waiver analysis conducted in the compendium. It also features information from stakeholder interviews.

Elder Abuse Annual Research Compilation

NCEA has published their newest Elder Abuse Annual Research Compilation. This reference guide contains the latest primary and secondary literature related to elder abuse. Prominent areas of research highlighted in this compilation include financial, physical, psychological, sexual abuse and neglect, long-term care issues, and policy and intervention.

Elder Justice Compendium

The Elder Justice Compendium is a resource hub for civil legal aid attorneys and advocates working with older adults. The Compendium provides an overview of existing resources that are available to attorneys who are assisting victims of elder abuse. It is divided into different topic sections with a brief introduction to each subject area followed descriptions of available resources. Example topic areas include guardianship, scams, and client-centered advocacy.

2017 Annual Disability Statistics Compendium and Report

The Institute on Disability has released the latest Annual Disability Statistics Compendium and Report. The Compendium includes many tables of data, including state and national values and trends over time. The Annual Report highlights state and trend data, and complements the detailed tables available in the Compendium & Supplement. The Annual Report includes maps to highlight the variability in disability rates by state, and each map is related to a specific table from the Compendium.

Medicaid Provider Enrollment Compendium

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Center for Program Integrity (CPI) Provider Enrollment Operations Group (PEOG) released the Medicaid Provider Enrollment Compendium (MPEC). The Compendium is a policy manual that contains sub regulatory guidance and clarifications regarding how state Medicaid agencies are expected to comply with regulations at 42 CFR § 455.

2015 Annual Disabilities Statistics Compendium

The Compendium is a web-based tool that pools disability statistics published by various federal agencies together in one place. This one-stop tool makes it easier for individuals to find data relating to persons with disabilities. This year's compendium includes aging data for the first time with over 100 tables representing age ranges. Additionally, the 2015 Disability Statistics Annual Report accompanies the Compendium.
