This site provides information and resources to Deaf and Hard of Hearing population living in Nebraska. The mission is to improve the quality of life for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people of all ages by providing assistance, advocacy and access to services and information.

Each year, nearly 100,000 Mississippians receive services from the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services. This report documents the state of Massachusetts’ attempt to develop a central registry for accessible housing that includes public housing, privately operated subsidized housing, and private market-rate developments. People with disabilities can access the registry on the Internet and by contacting the state’s Centers for Independent Living. This report provides a description of the program.

The National Consortium for Health Systems Development (NCHSD) is a state-driven forum for information sharing and innovation that improves employment policy by facilitating collaboration among local, state, and federal experts. Materials available on this website provide the latest information around states’ efforts to remove employment barriers and develop a comprehensive health system for people with disabilities who wish to work.

The Maryland Technology Assistance Program was founded to establish a statewide, consumer responsive system for the delivery of technology related assistance to individuals with disabilities, under the Assistive Technology Act of 1998. This site provides helpful information for consumers and relevant, updated news stories.

The Bureau works to reduce reliance on institutional long-term care and to offer more safe, affordable choices for consumers and families in Maine. The site provides information on new kinds of home and community-based services, changes in how state and Medicaid-funded long-term care programs are administered, major changes to program policies, and how the system is chaning to serve more people.
