This document describes the State of Kansas’s plan on aging in accordance with Older Americans Act requirements. The plan describes the goals, objectives, and strategies of the Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) to coordinate services for older adults. KDOA lays out the aging demographics and describes the different programs extending services to meet the goals and vision of KDOA. This document describes Guam’s plan on aging in accordance to the Older Americans Act to develop a comprehensive system of care for its mostly rural and minority populace. The plan describes the mission, resources, and strategies of Guam’s State Office on Aging. Some services the plan calls for are supportive and protective services, caregiver services, nutrition services, and information services. The report gives a background on Guam’s population and the structure of its aging network.
