GUIDE and Beyond: Strategies for Comprehensive Dementia Care Integration

Authors from the National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) have published a new article in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society. The paper discusses how the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model offers an opportunity to improve outcomes for persons with dementia and their caregivers, as well as scale comprehensive dementia care through a structured service delivery and alternative payment approach.
